RICHARD R. “RICKY” BERGER, JR. (August 17, 1971 – December 2, 2012)
Richard R. “Ricky” Berger, Jr., 41, of East Allen Township, passed away on Sunday, December 02, 2012 at the Muhlenberg Campus of Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Fountain Hill on August 17, 1971, he was the son of Diana S. (Eberts) Berger with whom he resided and the late Richard R. Berger, Sr. Ricky was a graduate of Northampton High School class of 1992. He was a member of the Allen & East Allen Township Lions Club, as well as a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hecktown. Ricky enjoyed traveling, dining and T.V. game shows. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his family and friends. Survivors: in addition to his loving mother, Diana, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Clara (Rodger) Eberts of East Allen Township; sister, Tracy Berger-Carmen and her husband, Larry of Moore Township; nephew, Richard L. “Richie” Carmen; many aunts, uncles and cousins, and his pet cats, Toby and Sassy. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Sr. in 2006, as well as his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Theresa (Matula) Berger. Services: will be held on Thursday, December 06, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 323 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem (Hecktown), PA 18020. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. in the church. Interment will follow in the Hope Cemetery, Hecktown. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc., Moorestown – Bath.
